What is the difference between a low risk, medium risk and high-risk?

For low risk areas such as health care rooms needle boxes can be placed on desks and counters and be mounted on walls.  These should still be kept out of reach of children.

Medium Risk containers are often kept locked and secured in needle boxes or secure brackets. These are meant for public sector areas such as malls, casinos, and other monitored facilities.

Lastly, high risk areas such as parks and other places that are unmonitored require maximum security needle boxes. These needle boxes such as our: CT Needle Box, HR4, and Needle Box Kiosks are puncture proof and feature magnetic locks for extra security.
